Install Yuki on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. On Mac she lives in a small desktop window you keep in the corner of your eye.
A ~3 MB app for the Mac your agent runs on. This is the step that lights her up — it's how Yuki can see your real coding agent.

Two things live on your Mac: Yuki herself (the window you see) + the Helper (the sensor she can't see without).
Yuki runs on her own in demo mode. The Helper is what connects her to your agent — and you can read every line before you trust it.
The Helper installs on the Mac you code on. On iPhone or iPad, open meetyuki.app there to download it.
One thing to check: your Mac and your iPhone/iPad must be signed in to the same iCloud account — that's how Yuki finds your Helper.
Only your agent's status leaves your machine — working, waiting, idle. Your code, your prompts, your files never do. We have no server, so it travels through your own network or your own iCloud — never through us.
